Simple Blueberry Smoothie
This antioxidant rich smoothie is made with wild blueberries, bananas, almond butter, dates, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Perfect for a mid-day snack to keep you going all afternoon.

Servings 1 large smoothie
1 cup frozen wild blueberries ½ cup cold filtered water ½ cup almond milk unsweetened 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp hemp hearts 1 medjool date pitted handful of ice
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend for about 3 minutes on high or until completely smooth.
Top with fresh blueberries, hemp hearts and chia seeds if desired.
Enjoy immediately.
