Toast with Whipped Cottage Cheese + Chia Seed Jam

Homemade jam, naturally sweetened and packed with omega 3's. Served over protein-rich, whipped cottage cheese on top crunchy sourdough toast. A delicious combination of savory and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough toasted
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 2%
  • 4 tbsp chia seed jam** recipe in notes

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, place bread in toaster until golden.
  • Assemble the toast by diving cottage cheese mixture between each slice and top with 2-3 tablespoons of jam.
