Quick Peanut Butter + Banana Oats
A quick fuss-free breakfast to start your day off right. Whole-grain oats, creamy peanut butter and bananas make the perfect combination to keep you full and feeling good.

1 cup rolled oats old-fashioned 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp cinnamon plus more for garnish pinch of salt 1.5 cup almond milk 2 tbsp peanut butter natural creamy or crunchy 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 large banana 1/2 mashed and 1/2 sliced 2 tbsp crushed peanuts optional 1 tbsp hemp hearts optional
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, peanut butter and mashed banana. Stir to combine.
Cook and stir often for about 5-10 minutes, or until the oats soften and the mixture thickens to your liking.
Pour oats into two bowls and top with sliced bananas, crushed peanuts and hemp hearts.
Enjoy immediately.
