Made with a few simple ingredients, this 5-minute vegan parmesan cheese is rich, tangy, nutty, and subtly sweet. Perfect over pasta, pizza, and salads.
Place cashews in a food processor and pulse until it turns into a fine mealy mixture. About 30 seconds.
Add all remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Use immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
Notes
